With
the entry of wearable computer device Google Glass, Samsung has also entered
the race with a wearable device. According to a report in Korea, Samsung is
also working out to devise a wearable device that would turn your hand into a
virtual keyboard.
As
per the report the user needs to wear a camera and then look down at his hands
and virtual keys get projected on the hands that could be controlled by the
thumb.
Forefingers
are assigned with numbers and middle finger with symbols. Then again letters
could be displayed at various points across the fingers and palm from top to
bottom. Thumbs would be used to press the keys on both the hands.
The movement of the
thumb could be captured by the camera. The force pressed onto each finger could
be identified to establish which key is pressed and type the message
accordingly. The camera known as Galaxy Glass can also make and receive call
and listen to music as per the report.
